WDC Endorses Exclusion of Congo – Brazzaville

(Rapaport… July 16, 2004) The World Diamond Council (WDC) strongly endorsed the action taken by the Kimberley Process to exclude the Republic of Congo – Brazzaville from the Kimberley Process list of participants.

“The action was necessary to maintain the integrity and credibility of the Kimberley Process,” said Eli Izhakoff, chairman of the World Diamond Council.
